Tally has been a personal trainer for over 15 years and holds certifications through NESTA. A major focus of her training and continuing education has been rehabilitative movement, helping clients restore balance in the body by addressing imbalances throughout the kinetic chain.
She also holds a Pilates certification through PBP and has completed the Lagree Fitness Certification, combining strength, control, and mindful movement in her training approach.
Outside the studio, Tally enjoys cycling, trail running, and spending time with her kids. After years of high-impact exercise, she personally experienced how the Lagree Method helped work through many of the aches and pains that can come with intense training.
Tally truly believes in The Body Lab and the Lagree Method, and she’s excited to be back coaching and moving with the community she loves—Labbin’ for life!
