  • Use our studio-management or booking platform;

The Body Lab may use SMS or MMS messaging to send communications concerning:

  • Class, appointment, and service confirmations;

  • Waitlist notifications;

  • Schedule or instructor changes;

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product, service, membership, class package, session, or other offering from The Body Lab.

Message and data rates may apply and you may reply STOP to opt-out of messaging; reply HELP for additional messaging help. Message frequency may vary based on usage.

You may also contact The Body Lab directly to request assistance or withdraw consent using the contact information provided below.

After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive a final message confirming that your request has been processed. We may retain limited information necessary to document and honor your opt-out request.

 

6. Mobile Information and SMS Consent Data

The Body Lab follows the following policy regarding mobile information, SMS consent, and text-messaging opt-in data:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The Body Lab does not sell or rent mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or text-messaging consent information for third-party or affiliate marketing or promotional purposes.

The preceding restriction does not prevent The Body Lab from using vendors and service providers solely as necessary to support our own operations and deliver services requested or authorized by clients. These operational providers may include Walla, telecommunications carriers, messaging-delivery providers, hosting providers, payment processors, information-technology providers, and other companies performing services on our behalf.

Such operational providers are not authorized by The Body Lab to use mobile information or SMS consent information for their own independent marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable law;

  • Respond to a court order, subpoena, or lawful government request;

  • Investigate suspected fraud, unlawful activity, or security incidents;

  • Protect the rights, safety, or property of The Body Lab, our clients, our personnel, or others;

Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will remain excluded from disclosures for third-party or affiliate marketing or promotional purposes.
