Steph Marquess is a Spectrum trainer specializing in Barre, Pilates, and Strength. She has been a certified group fitness instructor for over 14 years and brings both energy and experience to every class she teaches.
Steph has a deep passion for health and fitness and is committed to helping clients leave class feeling stronger than when they walked in. She believes that every body and every fitness level is welcome, and she creates an encouraging environment where clients can challenge themselves while moving safely and confidently.
In addition to teaching fitness classes, Steph works full-time as an occupational therapist, where she supports individuals of all ages and abilities. This background allows her to thoughtfully incorporate customizations and modifications so every participant can feel empowered and successful throughout class.
