Page has been part of The Body Lab community since 2020 and brings a unique energy and passion to every class she teaches. While living in Tokyo, she first learned to instruct on a Microformer, sparking her love for all things Lagree—especially heavy legs, arms, and that signature bottom-half range of motion that brings on the shakes.
With a dance background spanning 18 years, Page brings grace, control, and intentional movement to her workouts. She enjoys slowing things down to help clients find that deep burn and push beyond their perceived limits.
For Page, The Body Lab has been more than a fitness routine—it has been a transformative journey mentally, physically, and emotionally. She believes that what challenges you will change you, and she feels stronger every day because of the powerful community that makes up TBL.
