Nicole Wilt is a wife, mom of three boys, certified personal trainer, and yoga instructor with a degree in Kinesiology. She discovered yoga in her early 20s and quickly fell in love with the practice and its powerful mind-body connection.

With over 20 years of teaching experience in the Kansas City area and around the world, Nicole brings depth, knowledge, and passion to every class she leads. She believes that cross-training is key to building a well-rounded, resilient, and sustainable fitness routine—an approach that led her to The Body Lab and the Lagree method.

Nicole is passionate about sharing her love of fitness, motivating others, and building a strong sense of community both on and off the mat. She looks forward to connecting, moving, and growing together in every class.
