MIKE G

Mike has been a Lagree-certified trainer since

2014. His passion for fitness began during his time at BYU and continued as he managed fitness centers throughout California.

Mike and his wife Jena married in October 1996 before relocating to the Kansas City area, where Mike served as a General Manager for Bally Total Fitness.

With an entrepreneurial mindset, Mike later became a business broker in 1999, going on to complete more than 70 business acquisition transactions and becoming one of the area's leading brokers.

Today, Mike is focused on growing the Spectrum Body Lab brand regionally and nationally while continuing to do what he loves most-coaching Lagree classes every morning at 5:30am in both Leawood and Prairie Village.
