Michaela is a certified Mat Pilates instructor who has been practicing Pilates for several years and quickly fell in love with its strengthening and restorative benefits.
She is passionate about helping clients feel comfortable and confident in their bodies, while guiding them through movement that is both challenging and supportive. Michaela focuses on creating a welcoming environment where clients can build strength, improve control, and connect with their movement.
Outside the studio, Michaela enjoys traveling, reading, going on walks, and watching the latest TV shows with her husband and two cats.
Outside of the studio, Sarah is a homebody at heart. While she enjoys grabbing coffee or cocktails with friends, her favorite way to unwind is relaxing with a good book or reality TV. She also stays busy with her daughter—fully embracing dance mom life—and spending time with her two pups.
Sarah looks forward to bringing energy, encouragement, and a great workout to every class.
