Liz Diebold is a passionate health and fitness enthusiast who discovered the Lagree method in 2013. After moving back to her hometown of Kansas City, she joined The Body Lab community in 2020 and quickly deepened her connection to the practice.
With over 1,000 classes under her belt, Liz values Lagree for both its physical and mental benefits—combining strength and endurance in a high-intensity, low-impact workout, while also encouraging focus, control, and a true mind-body connection.
She believes that building strength is a process that requires patience and intention, and that by slowing down and developing movement piece by piece, there is always room to grow. Inspired by this journey, Liz became a certified Lagree instructor in 2025 to help guide others at their own pace.
Outside the studio, Liz enjoys the simple things in life and has a passion for economic development and impact investing.
