Holly began her fitness journey after college, inspired by the contagious energy of aerobics instructors. She soon became ACE certified, later earning her SOTT Pilates certification and beginning to teach both group classes and private sessions.
Guided by the coaching and mentorship of Jena and Mike, Holly has continued to grow stronger and more passionate about helping others move and feel their best. She is excited to coach the Lagree method and encourages every client to truly “make it count” each time they walk into the studio.
Holly teaches a Monday noon Lagree class in Leawood and Pilates Mat Mix in the Spectrum Studio, bringing enthusiasm, encouragement, and Body Lab energy to every session.
