Haley is a certified Lagree instructor who began teaching in 2023. She is passionate about helping clients build strength, improve endurance, and feel confident in their bodies.
Her supportive teaching style emphasizes proper form and intentional movement, ensuring that everyone—regardless of fitness level—can get the most out of each workout. Haley strives to create a motivating and encouraging environment where clients feel empowered to challenge themselves and grow stronger.
When she’s not in the studio, Haley enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, and spending time outdoors hiking and camping with her two dogs, Indy and Tycho. She is excited to share her love for the Lagree method and its transformative benefits with the Body Lab community.
