Dre is a Spectrum Yoga Teacher and a 200-hour RYT with a 300-hour Ashtanga Yoga background, as well as a 50-hour certification in Thai Bodywork. She discovered her love for yoga after her family relocated to Kansas City from Texas, and the practice quickly became an important part of her life.
Dre enjoys practicing yoga and Vipassana meditation and strives to live a vegan, holistic lifestyle rooted in mindfulness and sustainability. She is passionate about sharing what she has learned and inspiring others to explore a more balanced and eco-conscious way of living.
When she’s not on her mat, Dre loves gardening, cooking nourishing meals, and exploring nature—often hiking local trails or wandering creek beds with her three sons.
Through her classes, Dre hopes to help students cultivate mindfulness, balance, and a deeper connection to their overall well-being.
