before your first class

Arrive early

Give yourself about 10 minutes before class. We’ll show you around, introduce you to your coach, and make sure you know exactly what to expect before we begin.

what to bring

Bring water, comfortable clothes you can move in, and grip socks for Lagree. Forgot yours? We have them available in the studio.

let us know

Injury, limitation, pregnancy, or just feeling unsure? Let your coach know before class. We can offer modifications and help you find what works best for your body.

what happens during class

Expect a challenge

Whether you’re taking Lagree or Lo Burn, expect intentional movement that challenges your strength, control, and endurance. You don’t have to be “good at it” on day one. Just keep moving.

Your coach is there to help

Our instructors will guide you through class, offer corrections and modifications, and help you get more out of every movement. Questions are always welcome.

The shakes?

Muscles shaking? That’s part of the experience. Slow, controlled movement keeps your muscles working under tension, and sometimes they let you know about it.

After class

Take a moment

Give your body a few minutes to come down after class. Breathe, stretch, walk it out, and notice how you feel before rushing into the rest of your day.

hydrate hydrate hydrate

You worked hard. Replenish with plenty of water, especially after a heated Lo Burn class.

a little soreness is normal

You may discover muscles you forgot existed. Some post-class soreness is completely normal, especially when you’re new. Give your body time to recover, then come back and build from there.
