Kyle’s yoga journey began in 2015 when he was looking to diversify his workout routine. What he discovered instead was a deeper connection between mind and body.
That path eventually led him to Lake Atitlán, Guatemala, where he completed his 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in 2022 at an international yoga school. There, he had the opportunity to learn from teachers from around the world, deepening his understanding of yoga’s transformative power.
For the past two years, Kyle has been dedicated to teaching and sharing his passion for restorative yoga, focusing on cultivating a compassionate connection between breath and body. His teaching draws from Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Thai, and Partner Yoga, with classes that emphasize mindfulness, self-awareness, and kindness toward oneself.
Kyle believes yoga is more than a physical practice—it’s a holistic journey of self-discovery and healing. Through breathwork and gentle movement, he guides students to explore their inner landscape while creating space for calm, balance, and acceptance.
