Since 2014, we’ve been KC’s go-to Lagree Fitness Studio. Now, after 10 years of building strong bodies and lasting friendships, we’ve expanding south! Visit our new 4,000 sq. ft. space featuring 15 Megapros, red light therapy, infrared fitness and yoga studio, deluxe sauna suites, and the community lounge. Whether you’re here for a Lagree workout, a quick Sunlighten® Sauna session, or a restorative yoga class, Spectrum Body Lab has you covered. Our Leawood facility is your personal wellness sanctuary. In addition to the exclusive, Lagree Fitness workout, we also offer a diverse range of fitness styles and disciplines, including yoga, mat pilates and barre, in our yoga studio heated with therapeutic infrared technology, led by expert trainers. LO BURN FLOW

Our Lo Burn flow class is a Vinyasa flow focusing on poses to improve strength, stamina, balance and flexibility.  This yoga flow class will deepen your breath and enhance your mind-body connection. Join us for a class that is friendly to all and discover the healing power of yoga.  

LO BURN HEATED FLOW
This high-heat Vinyasa-style class emphasizes the connection between breath and movement, offering a mindful approach to building strength, balance, and flexibility. The steady pace encourages presence and control, making space for both physical challenge and introspection. Set in a more intensely heated room with infrared panels, the elevated temperature supports deeper muscle activation, increased circulation, and enhanced detoxification. Lo Burn Heated Flow is designed to help students explore their personal edge while fostering awareness, stability, and resilience—on and off the mat.
 
 
LO BURN RESTORE & STRETCH

Relax, unwind and release all that doesn't serve you any longer. This class will warm up muscles to deepen postures and target connective tissue, joints and ligaments. A slow mindful practice bringing the body into balance and increasing range of motion.

LO BURN MAT PILATES

Experience a dynamic Mat Pilates class infused with upbeat music to energize your body and mind. This class will sculpt the total body and strengthen the core. It will challenge balance with the isolated moves. Props such as balls, bands and light dumbells will be used to lenghthen and strengthen each muscle group, all set to motivating beats to keep you moving. Perfect for all fitness levels. 

LO BURN HEATED MAT Pilates

Experience an energizing Pilates class with upbeat music that sculpts the body and strengthens the core. Using props like balls, bands, and light dumbbells, each move targets muscle groups for strength and length. The added heat boosts circulation, enhances muscle engagement, and promotes detoxification, leaving you feeling refreshed and energized. Perfect for those seeking a challenging, motivating workout.

Lo BURN YOGA SCULPT

Our Sculpt class is a fusion of fitness and yoga. A high energy playlist will inspire all to move, breath and unite as a strong community.  This class will integrate functional strength, create balance and flexibility. The infrared heaters are off for this class but still expect to sweat as you'll be offered weights to add an additional challenge. Our goal is that you will leave feeling more energized and stronger than ever before! 

Lo BURn heated yoga sculpt

Our Lo Burn Yoga Sculpt class is a fusion of fitness and yoga. A high energy playlist will inspire all to move, breath and unite as a strong community.  This class will integrate functional strength, create balance and flexibility. Lo Burn barre BURN

Our Barre Signature class is a high intensity and Lo-impact class! Be ready to sweat and shake while you build lean muscles in this ballet-inspired class to a motivating playlist!

You will be certain to LOVE our Lo Burn Pop Ups. You might find your favorite format or instructor at a different time or a fun Megaformer/Yoga combo class. We love to keep it fresh by adding surprise guest trainers and fun new formats.

LO BURN CLASS Descriptions

lagree total body

Total body workout in 50 minutes that will leave your muscles shaking and burning. Low impact with high intensity to help you build long and lean muscles. Each session on the Megaformer burns calories while constantly challenging you to push past your comfort zone. This class is for all fitness levels. lagreeny offers a total body workout that effectively combines strength training, cardio and flexibility. You will be targeting your endurance muscles which are also know and your slow twitch muscles. Grip socks are required and available for purchase at the studio. 

 
lagree Essentials

This is your opportunity to meet the Megaformer! The LAGREE ESSENTIALS class is designed for students new to Lagree Fitness while challenging all beginning and intermediate students of the Lagree Method. In this class you will learn the fundamentals of the Megaformer and how to modify and or progress in future MegaFormer Pilates+ sessions and advanced classes such as Core&More and CardioBlast. Be prepared to sweat and shake in this introductory yet challenging pulse-pounding class!

This is a core focused workout with a good dose of upper body work that's sure to get you summer ready. Although you will see a touch of leg work, it is definately a welcome break from our legs intense LAGREE TOTAL BODY class. Come torch that CORE and build that strong upper body with us! We do recommend that you've taken 10 LAGREE TOTAL BODY classes before signing up for this class.

In our 50 minute Pop Up classes we give you the opportunity to try something new at a different time. It might be an upper body blast, core focused or finish with a longer restorative stretch. It's up to the trainer. Pop in with a POP UP and come sweat with us!
