what is lagree fitness?

The Lagree fitness method is a unique full body workout, performed on the patented Megaformer, that effectively combines strength, endurance, cardio, core, balance and flexibility in each and every move. The Lagree method is unlike anything you’ve ever done before. ​It’s high intensity but low impact. The workout is for anyone and everyone – regardless of fitness level.
The method delivers amazing results FAST. The workout focuses on slow resistance-based movements to activate the slow-twitch muscle fibers which sculpt, tone and strengthen the body from head to toe.

THE CLASS

Small Class Sizes! This means our instructors will be able to give you hands on help and motivation throughout the entire class. No more getting lost in the big group class.

THE METHOD

There is no sugar coating it – our workouts are challenging. Each session will burn 500-800 calories and continually stretch your fitness limits.

THE MACHINE

The entire workout is done on a machine called the Megaformer. The patented Megaformer was specifically designed for Lagree, and is rapidly changing the fitness industry by constantly evolving. The Body Lab provides the Mega Pro and M3S Megaformer to give you a one-of-kind experience!

 

THE EFFICIENCY

Our workout combines strength, cardio, balance, core and flexibility not only in each session, but every single move…. yes, we are serious!

THE VIBE

High Energy, motivating and positive. Our studio is all about transforming you physically and mentally so that you can improve every aspect of your life.

SAFE

It is an intense workout but it will always be low impact. Every move is safe on the joints and spine. There is no jumping or heavy lifting. Only slow, controlled movements.

We target your slow twitch muscle fibers which are scientifically proven to jump start your metabolism, burn more fat and ultimately, redefine your body.

NO PLATEAUS

Your body will always be challenged and ever changing as there is no plateau with Lagree. There is always a way to intensify or modify the workout for YOU.

Total body workout in 50 minutes that will leave your muscles shaking and burning. Low impact with high intensity to help you build long and lean muscles. Each session on the Megaformer burns calories while constantly challenging you to push past your comfort zone. This class is for all fitness levels. lagreeny offers a total body workout that effectively combines strength training, cardio and flexibility. You will be targeting your endurance muscles which are also know and your slow twitch muscles. Grip socks are required and available for purchase at the studio. 

lagree Essentials

This is your opportunity to meet the Megaformer! The LAGREE ESSENTIALS class is designed for students new to Lagree Fitness while challenging all beginning and intermediate students of the Lagree Method. In this class you will learn the fundamentals of the Megaformer and how to modify and or progress in future MegaFormer Pilates+ sessions and advanced classes such as Core&More and CardioBlast. Be prepared to sweat and shake in this introductory yet challenging pulse-pounding class!

This is a core focused workout with a good dose of upper body work that's sure to get you summer ready. Although you will see a touch of leg work, it is definately a welcome break from our legs intense LAGREE TOTAL BODY class. Come torch that CORE and build that strong upper body with us! We do recommend that you've taken 10 LAGREE TOTAL BODY classes before signing up for this class. 

 
lagree Cardio blast

This 50 minute heart-pounding and sweat drenched class incorporates the Lagree Method Full Body Workout but with an emphasis on minimal spring load changes, quick transitions and increased duration and intensity for each exercise. We recommend that you have taken a minimum of 10 LAGREE TOTAL BODY classes before slipping on those grip socks for this class.

lagree ABS & Arms

This is a core focused workout with a good dose of upper body work that's sure to get you summer ready.
